One of the glaring facts about the struggle for justice and end of the occupation is
that both in I-P and internationally, in spite of the existence of many groups,
there is no, or too little, cooperation among them. FFIPP strongly believe that
cooperation and joint activities can advance the struggle markedly. In an effort to
contribute to achieving this objective, FFIPP-I, along with the Combatants for Peace,
are organizing this conference.
We are calling on other groups to join this conference and try to establish a minimal
framework for future cooperation. We hope each group can send two representatives,
who will make a presentation about their group in the second day and participate in the
meetings on the third day.
PROGRAM
First Day,
Presentations—Analyses of the P-I situation.
Second Day,
1. Brief presentations (10 minutes) by representatives of the participating groups,
2. Brief presentations related directly to praxis (e.g., non-violent resistance,
Coalition building and Cooperation, etc.),
3. Discussions about possible future campaigns, or joint activities (possibly in a
workshop format).
Third Day
Meetings of representatives of the groups to,
01. Establish the guidelines for the new Coalition.
02. Determine the projects/campaigns to be undertaken jointly,
03. Establish a contact network that will serve as a (loose) coordinating body.

TRANSPORTATION
From Aram to the site, transportation will be organized by FFIPP-I.
FINANCIAL AID
FFIPP-I will cover the transportation costs in Palestine and room&
board for two representatives from each invited group for two
nights in a double room. The option of a single room will include
$10 extra to be paid be the individual.
