I found your website after I was told about it by a
friend. Regarding the School of Oriental & African
Studies upcoming conference I have two articles on my
website dealing with this issue. In the UK we have a
law aimed at combatting institutionalised racism. I
believe that SOAS is in breach of this law. See the
